911 FU Registration Number

Delighted to finally be able to purchase the ultimate cheeky Porsche 911 registration number. I first requested the release of this number from the DVLA back in 94 through a number plate dealer we used at the time. He had already purchased some super Porsche registrations for us like POR 1,POR 2, 356A.

Apparently if you send in a request to the DVLA & its available they usually issue it at the next auction (without informing you).

I believe FU plates were deemed rather risqué however I noticed at the end of last year 2FU came up for auction on the DVLA website so I thought it was worth a last attempt ……….. Bingo it was released at the last auction & we were fortunate enough to be the winning bidders.
