Border Reivers are delighted to offer this very rare Land Rover Seires one 86″.It was Manufactured in 1956 & supplied new direct to the Military and went into service 15th June 1956.The War office registration was 81 BR 77.It was struck off army census 23rd July 1964.It was Civilian registered 1st January 1965 with the current registration CBE 475C which we have been advised to leave this plate on to conserve its military background rather than applying for a period plate.Chassis/Vin number 170604663 Engine number 57191360 (replacement military engine) 2 litre (1997 cc).Mileage 75241.There are 4 previous owners.

A sympathetic restoration utilising all original parts where possible,was carried out by Drew Bowler.Drew is the owner of Bowler Motorsport,producers of the famous Land rover Bowler Wildcat,Nemesis and EXR.http://www.bowlermotorsport.com (This was Drews personal car)
